U-Con uses a price structure similar to many larger gaming conventions. You purchase a badge (sometimes referred to as a pass) which gains you access to the convention. Then you may purchase additional tickets to attend individual events. Some events are free and do not require tickets. We also have an option to purchase a “Play Games All Weekend” ribbon which allows you to sit and play in any event for no additional fee. See Badges and Ribbons for details.
All the proceeds from badges, tickets, ribbons, shirts, bags, etc goes to pay for the convention (space, materials, website, etc). We are a registered non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.
