U-Con 2025 Events Update
U-Con 2025 is still accepting events through to the end of October, but we will be closing event submissions on November 1st. That means if you want your event to be considered for this year, please submit it soon. The earlier you submit your event, the higher likelihood we will be able to schedule it.
Saturday Is Filling Fast!
For both board games and RPGs, we have a large quantity of Saturday fully booked. If you really want to run a Saturday event, we have some openings in the late evening. Other than that time, we cannot guarantee that we have space for your event on Saturday.
The large majority of Friday still has spaces open for events and most of Sunday as well. Our RPG lead has told us that we’ve scheduled more Sunday RPG events than we normally see, and we couldn’t be more excited for that!
Gamemaster Badge Audit – Check Your Hours
We’re currently auditing Gamemaster badges to make sure everyone who purchased at the discounted rate has met the event or volunteer hour requirements. If we find any discrepancies between scheduled GM hours and volunteer hours, we’ll be reaching out.
This is a great opportunity for our GMs to double-check that they do meet the 8 hour requirement. If you are short, we have plenty of volunteering spots open for our Operations Desk, Games Library, and our Learn To Play program. We can’t make U-Con happen without either our GMs or our volunteers!
