2026 Important Dates
- Saturday, May 16: Hotel room block bookings, badge sales, event submissions, exhibitor applications, and t-shirt pre-orders all open
- Saturday, August 22 at Noon ET: events preview available
- Saturday, September 5 at Noon ET: preregistration — event tickets and volunteer shifts — goes live
- Thursday, October 15: last day to reserve your room at the Marriott (note: rooms in our hotel room block at the Marriott may sell out prior to this date)
- Sunday, November 1 at 11:45pm ET: preregistration discount expires and event submission closes, regular registration remains open
- Wednesday, November 11 at 9pm ET: self-refund deadline on TableTop Events
- Thursday, November 12 at 7-9pm: early onsite badge pickup
- Friday-Sunday, November 13-15: U-Con Gaming Convention 2026!
