- Saturday, November 1 at 11:45pm ET | Preregistration discount expires and event submission closes
- Wednesday, November 12 at 9pm ET | Self-refund deadline on TTE
- Thursday, November 13 at 7-9pm | Early badge pickup
- Friday-Sunday, November 14-16: U-Con Gaming Convention 2025!

Cancellation Policy
Attendees may cancel their attendance through their Tabletop account until November 12th. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. U-Con may allow for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.
Event tickets with a non-zero cost may be refunded until the start of the event, less a 10% cancellation fee.
