If you would like to be put on our waitlist or would like to be notified for next year please submitt an application.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for U-Con 2026. Our vendor coordinator team for this year are Matthew and Cami. Below is all the information that you will need to be a vendor this year. Please make sure to read all of it along with the links to our policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to reach out to us by directing your question to vendor coordinator.
When deciding on what items to bring to sell, ensure that your products align with the U-Con code of conduct. If you have any questions on this, please let us know.
Booths
Vendor Booth 6’x6′ w/table and Electricity – $200
Vendor Booth 6×6′ w/table- $175
Each booth type will include one 6-foot table, two chairs, two badges, and an approximate total space of 6′ x6‘. It will also include a listing in our program book and website, and free parking. Our venue provides Wi-Fi, however, we recommend having a backup plan if you depend upon internet access. A limit of 2 tables can be purchased by each vendor. A hard limit of 4 vendor badges can be purchased per vendor. Available options will be shown when you purchase your booth.
Each booth that we can safely run electricity to is clearly marked on the map in blue and are also marked with an E. Those that are marked NP will not have power so please pick the right booth for your needs. Available power is designed to provide charging for point of sale devices, not additional lighting or equipment.
Booth area is only the space for the table and the chairs behind it. All merchandise and other items must fit in the designated area, nothing can extend past this area. You are not required to use a table. If you do not need a table, you must choose the no booth option when you purchase your booth. Removing table(s) at the time of show will incur a $25 fee.

Please click on this link (https://tabletop.events/conventions/u-con-2026) to submit your application when applications open. Once accepted you can purchase your booth(s). Please purchase your booth within two weeks of your acceptance. If have not purchased during that time Application will be unapproved and another vendor will be selected.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you are no longer able to be a vendor at U-Con, refunds may be requested through the vendor coordinator following the guidelines below:
