Ice Machines and Hyperion Coffee

Good morning attendees!

We have a couple of announcements for folks joining us onsite today. 

First, due to ongoing hotel renovations, the ice machines are not currently working. The hotel is proving bags of ice from the cooler located between the hotel main entrance and the lobby front desk. Please see photo of the freezer:

Second, the hotel has let us know that Hyperion Coffee will be in the Hotel Lobby at 2pm Friday, November 14, 2025, offering limited samples and coffee sales. Please feel free to check them out if you need a pick me up at 2pm!
