We urge attendees to book rooms only via the Marriott website when the block is opened, and to use our code. Doing those things ensures that you will be able to assist you with your reservations should unforeseen circumstances arise.

Important Dates

  • Saturday, June 14: Event submission opens
  • Saturday, August 23 at 12pm ET: Badges on sale / events preview available
  • Saturday, September 6 at 12pm ET: Event tickets and volunteer shifts Go Live / Preregistration
  • Thursday, October 16: last day to reserve your room at the Marriott
  • Saturday, November 1 at 11:45pm ET: Preregistration discount expires and event submission closes
  • Wednesday, November 12 at 9pm ET: Self-refund deadline on TTE
  • Thursday, November 13 at 7-9pm: Early badge pickup
  • Friday-Sunday, November 14-16: U-Con Gaming Convention 2025!

Registration System

We are using TableTop dot Event (TTE) software for Registration. All event submissions, badging, and ticketing will be run through TTE (https://tabletop.events/conventions/u-con-2025). You must have an account with TTE in order to submit events or register for a badge. See the schedule of important dates above.

Merchandise

Cancellation Policy

Attendees may cancel their attendance through their Tabletop account until November 12th. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to all refunds. U-Con may allow for a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

Event tickets with a non-zero cost may be refunded until the start of the event, less a 10% cancellation fee.
