Summer wind-down U-Con reminders

Happy Friday everybody! Hard to believe there’s only 5 weeks left of summer, which we all know leads to fall, which leads to U-Con!

We just wanted to give everybody 3 quick reminders:

1. August Games Library Day – This weekend! Come hang out with your friends in Ypsilanti at the Arbor Brewing Company’s Corner Brewery (720 Norris St). From noon till 4:00, we’ll be playing games and having fun. If you can’t make it, we’re planning the next one for September 8, same time and place.
2. Gamemasters – The August 24 event submission deadline is coming up fast! You have just over a week to let us know what games you want to help folks learn and explore if you want to get them in for pre-registration. Want a refresher on all the benefits of running games? You can find all the info over here.
3. Room reservations – You’ve still got about 6 weeks to reserve your room at our discounted $107/night rate. No rush, but if you’re saving up, it’s only about $2.50 / day per night you want to stay.
