Guest of Honor: Mike Selinker
Welcome to U-Con 2019 Mike Selinker! Mike’s design credits include Pirates of the Spanish Main and Fightball with James Ernest, Axis & Allies Revised Edition with Larry Harris, the Marvel Super Heroes Adventure Game, Risk Godstorm, Gloria Mundi, Key Largo, Stonehenge, and Pathfinder Adventure Card Game. He was a creative director for the 3rd edition of Dungeons & Dragons and the Harry Potter Trading Card Game. He also writes puzzles for the Chicago Tribune, the New York Times, and Games magazine. He has also authored “The Kobold Guide to Board Game Design”.
In 2005, Selinker and James Ernest created Titanic Games with Paizo Publishing to add a board game arm to Paizo’s RPG house.
Nick runs U-Con's social media. He got re-involved with board gaming when he found a mostly intact copy of HeroQuest at a garage sale. He started volunteering at U-Con in 2015. His current favorites are Bunny Kingdom, Viticulture, and Star Realms, but he's always looking for the next great game.
