Greetings Gamemasters for U-Con 2014,

Before preregistration goes live, we’d like to give you a chance to review your event schedule. Our event list is up on our website, however ticket selection and purchases are still disabled.

The easiest way to look at your schedule is to use the search page. Please type your last name or your group name into the event search, e.g. Thompson or Amorphous. Apologies to the few people with duplicate last names – there is not a good way to filter for that currently.

You can also check to ensure your event is listed on appropriate tracks. Please use the event browse page and click on your track. Then use the find feature of your web browser (ctrl-f) to look for your name.

Please contact us with your concerns, such as:

• Events you submitted are missing
• You have a scheduling conflict you didn’t know about when submitting events
• You have two events overlapped in the schedule and you can’t run both
• You want your event listed under a different name, such as a group name
• Your event should be listed as part of a track but it is not
• You want to edit your event description, complexity, difficulty, or age rating settings
• Your event is priced differently than you expect (proceeds support U-Con unless already discussed)

Please reply with changes or concerns in the next 48 hrs. We plan to open the website for preregistration on Thursday, Oct 2.

Though our opening of preregistration was delayed, we are quite pleased with the selection of events. If we are missing games you want to play, please let us know or consider submitting additional events. Event submission will close on Friday, Oct 17.
